Dear Client,

Thank you for trusting me with your skin today. A chemical peel is a powerful way to refresh and rejuvenate your skin, and proper aftercare is essential to achieve your best results. Protect your investment! Daily sunscreen is mandatory to protect your skin & maintain treatment results. Please use a broad-spectrum SPF 35+ that contains at least 10% zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide. In addition to that, here's a breakdown of what to expect and how to care for your skin over the next few days...

  • This is normal and temporary.

  • Avoid touching your skin unnecessarily.

  • Follow only the skincare instructions l've given you for tonight - no other products.

Days 1-2 Post-Peel

  • Skin may feel tight, dry, or slightly sensitive.

  • Continue using only a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser and a hydrating, non-scented moisturizer recommended for post-peel skin.

  • Do NOT use acids, scrubs, retinoids, or any exfoliating tools.

  • Avoid heat, steam rooms, saunas, and intense workouts that cause sweating.

Days 3-5 Post-Peel

  • You may start to see peeling or flaking.

  • This is a natural part of the process - DO NOT pick or peel the skin.

  • Picking can lead to scarring or uneven pigmentation.

  • Continue gentle cleansing and hydrating moisturizer.

  • Protect your skin with SPF 35+ physical/mineral sunscreen (zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide).

Days 6-10 Post-Peel

  • Peeling should be mostly complete, revealing fresh, new skin.

  • Continue protecting your results with daily SPF 35+.

  • Keep skin hydrated and avoid any harsh treatments until
